## Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager with strong technical knowledge of cloud infrastructure, full-stack development, DevOps, and AI/ML technologies. The ideal candidate should have experience managing development teams, delivering complex software projects, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring high-quality project delivery.

## Key Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and deliver software development projects from initiation to deployment.
- Lead and coordinate teams of full-stack developers, Python developers, AI/ML engineers, and DevOps engineers.
- Manage AWS cloud infrastructure, VPS servers, deployments, and server performance.
- Oversee project architecture, development workflows, testing, and production releases.
- Ensure effective implementation of Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud deployment strategies.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and deliverables.
- Collaborate with clients, business stakeholders, and technical teams.
- Ensure application security, scalability, performance, and reliability.
- Track project progress using Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools.

## Required Technical Skills
- **Cloud & Servers:** Strong knowledge of AWS services, VPS hosting, server management, Linux, and cloud infrastructure.
- **Full-Stack Development:** Understanding of MERN Stack, Java Full Stack, and modern web application architecture.
- **Python & AI/ML:** Knowledge of Python development, Artificial Intelligence, and Machine Learning projects.
- **DevOps & Deployment:** Hands-on understanding of Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and deployment automation.
- **Database & APIs:** Knowledge of MySQL, MongoDB, REST APIs, and database management.
- **Project Management:** Experience with Agile/Scrum, sprint planning, resource allocation, risk management, and stakeholder communication.

## Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in software development and project management.
- Strong technical understanding of cloud infrastructure and full-stack development.
- Proven experience leading technical teams and managing multiple projects.
- Excellent communication, leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to coordinate across development, DevOps, AI/ML, and infrastructure teams.

## Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing AWS-based production applications.
- Knowledge of cloud security, scalability, monitoring, and high-availability architecture.
- Relevant certifications in AWS, Kubernetes, or project management are an advantage.
